I have been dealing with legalism (chp I) and idolatry (chp II-IV...) and how they interfere with a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ.

Chapter VII Hint

In the world in which we live, Satan has woven a seductive illusion that corrupts our perception of truth. He especially seeks to blind us to the truth of our need for salvation through the work of Jesus Christ on the cross. It is only by the grace of God that we may awaken and be saved. See II Corinthians 4:3-4.

Chapter X Hint

Two verses on prayer that I feel are relevant to this chapter are Ephesians 6:18 and Romans 8:26.
